1. Oh, blessed be our God Who liveth!

He gave us life anew in Jesus

And by His grace sublime He giveth

Inheritance in heav’n above

His home of peace and love.

 

2. Through faith in God we are victorious;

More than pure gold our faith is precious..

Our end shall be salvation glorious;

The incorruptible reward

Well gain from Christ, our Lord.

 

3. Forevermore the Word abideth

Unchanging, faithful, true and holy;

The pathway unto God It guideth.

Like Him, immortal we shall be;

Well live eternally.

 

4. Man’s glory is of brief duration;

he will perish Like grass that withers

But God prepared for us salvation.

Eternal glory we shall gain;

In heaven we shall reign.
